James has been involved in the travel, hospitality and conference industries for thirty years and held senior management positions in companies such as, Regent International Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, InterContinental Hotel group and the BTI Corporate travel group both in New Zealand and Australia. James heads up the event operations team, utilising his years in service delivery to ensure the events we are involved with run seamlessly.

Event Manager

With 9 years of experience in event management ranging from events on New Zealand's largest permanently based cruise ship to corporate conferences, Casey excels in creating seamless and unforgettable experiences. Known for her attention to detail and creative flair, she thrives in fast-paced environments, consistently exceeding expectations. Dedicated to delivering exceptional service, Casey is passionate about crafting unique events tailored to her clients' needs.

Event Manager

Shannon Margetts holds a Bachelor of International Hospitality Management and has carved out a notable career in the events management sector. With hands-on experience managing operations at the Jet Park Hotel, Shannon played a crucial role in navigating the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her expertise in coordinating complex events, coupled with her adaptability during unprecedented times, highlights her strong problem-solving skills and commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.
