This year Event Dynamics organised CCNZ’s annual conference. The CCNZ conference serves to inspire the industry tackling some of the big issues and help set direction for the year ahead. This was a great time for networking and connecting

With many moving parts, Event Dynamics expertly managed a multitude of intricacies, including registration, accommodation, venue organisation, catering, transportation, exhibitor/sponsor coordination, communication with external suppliers, development of a customised mobile app, and numerous other aspects.

Spanning the course of the event, attendees were treated to a wide variety of experiences, including engaging workshops and plenary sessions with over 30 speakers, and an expansive exhibition space that played host to over 60 exhibitors, both indoors and outdoors. Conference was more than just delving deeper into the industry but also included great networking opportunities at the welcome function and around the world themed dinner.

One highlight was the Project Tour at the Central Interceptor, offering a behind-the-scenes glimpse into groundbreaking civil engineering endeavors. The conference also demonstrated its dedication to the future generation of civil contractors by investing into school leavers and tertiary students, educating them in career opportunities.

The prestigious Z People Awards Ceremony, celebrated outstanding individuals whose contributions shape the industry's future. Lastly, the grand finale was the Hirepool Construction Excellence Awards Dinner, an extraordinary night that recognised excellence and innovation in the field, capping off a truly remarkable and unforgettable event for Civil Contractors New Zealand.

The conference was a huge success and we are already locking things in place for another spectacular event in 2024.
